Once registration is open, create an account and make your selections: one golfer from each of six skill tiers, ranging from world-ranked contenders to high-odds longshots. Registration typically opens three weeks before tee time.

Each roster's score is the combined to-par of its best 4 of 6 drafted golfers (your two worst picks are dropped; some pools count all 6), using live official scoring data updated throughout play. Lower (more under par) is better. If a golfer misses the cut or withdraws, they stay on your team: their completed rounds still count, and each round they don't play is scored as 80 (+10 to par).

Ties are broken by your tiebreaker prediction. When you pick, you predict the winner's final score (for example -12). The team whose prediction is closest to the actual winning score wins. If still tied, a tier-by-tier face-off decides it (your Tier-1 golfer versus theirs, then Tier-2, and so on, the lower score winning). If every tier ties, the prize is split evenly.

Pools are free to join and compete for bragging rights. If a host wants to offer prizes (a pro shop gift card, a trophy, a round at the club, or anything else), the host decides on and awards those prizes themselves. Majors Pro just runs the drafting, the live scoring, and the leaderboard so it is always clear who is winning. Majors Pro never collects, holds, or moves money between participants.
