Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Stripe — payment processing and prize payouts. Governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
  • Google OAuth — optional sign-in. Governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel — application hosting and infrastructure.
  • Neon — managed PostgreSQL database.
  • DataGolf — golf field, scoring, and statistics data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services listed above as necessary to operate the platform, or when required by law.

Pool leaderboards are visible to all participants in that pool. Your team name and score are displayed to other players in your pool. Your full name and email address are never shared with other players.

Financial Data Handling

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Majors Pro does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or bank account details. Stripe is a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We retain only transaction metadata (amounts, dates, and status) necessary to operate the platform and resolve disputes.

Age Verification Data

When you create an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and located in an eligible jurisdiction. This confirmation is stored as part of your account record. We retain age confirmation data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations related to fantasy sports regulations.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial transaction records).

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
