Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Majors Pro at majors.pro (“the Platform”). By creating an account or participating in any pool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or 19 where applicable under local law) to use Majors Pro.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in skill-based fantasy sports contests in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for determining whether participation is lawful where you reside.
• Paid entry pools are void where prohibited. Residents of Montana, Idaho, Louisiana, Washington, and Nevada may not enter paid contests. Free-play pools remain available to all users regardless of location.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Majors Pro are not eligible to participate in paid pools.

Fantasy Sports — Not Gambling

Majors Pro operates skill-based fantasy golf contests. Outcomes are determined predominantly by the statistical performance of real professional golfers, which reflects participants’ knowledge, research, and skill in drafting their teams. Majors Pro is not a gambling or betting platform and does not operate under gambling licenses.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or participate on behalf of another person.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be removed without notice.

Pool Hosts

• Hosts pay a one-time platform fee per tournament to activate their pool.
• Hosts set their own entry fees and prize structures. Majors Pro does not dictate these amounts.
• Entry fees collected from participants are held by Stripe and disbursed to the host’s connected Stripe account.
• Hosts are responsible for ensuring their pool rules are communicated clearly to participants.
• Majors Pro platform fees are non-refundable once a tournament is activated.

Entry Fees and Payouts

• Entry fees are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prize payouts are determined by final leaderboard standings after the host finalizes results.
• Majors Pro is not responsible for disputes between hosts and participants over prize distribution.
• In the event of a tournament cancellation or suspension, pools will be settled based on the official tournament result as declared by the governing body.
• Entry fees are generally non-refundable once picks have been submitted, unless the host explicitly offers refunds.

Picks and Scoring

• Team scores are calculated using live scoring data from professional golf tournaments.
• Scoring is based on each golfer’s official total-to-par score.
• Majors Pro is not responsible for errors or delays in third-party scoring data.
• If a golfer withdraws or is disqualified after picks are locked, their score is frozen at the point of withdrawal.

Prohibited Conduct

• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate scoring, leaderboards, or pool results
• Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any prizes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or accuracy of scoring data. Fantasy sports involve risk — there is no guarantee of winning any prize.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Majors Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the platform fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis — class actions are waived.

Responsible Play

• Majors Pro encourages responsible participation in fantasy sports contests.
• Users may close their accounts and self-exclude at any time.
